The Vida and Waterville OR Post Offices are closed due to the ongoing wildfires.

The U.S. Postal Service has relocated Vida and Waterville mail delivery operations to the Springfield Mail Unit, 4949 Main St. Springfield OR 97478.

All mail for Vida and Waterville will be held at the Springfield Mail Unit. Customers are asked to bring photo identification to receive their mail. Hours of operation at the Springfield Mail Unit, are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 2 p.m. 4 p.m., on Saturday.

USPS retail activity is available at the Gateway Post Office, 3148 Gateway St. Springfield OR 97475. Hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and closed on Saturday.

Future postal operational decisions will be made after consulting with local emergency managers.
