Postal Service Passport Fair in Sublimity, July 15

Appointments Preferred, but Walk-Ins Welcome

Passport fair

If an international trip is in your future, a valid passport is a necessity in addition to ticket and hotel reservations. But what to do if you need help submitting your passport application or need a passport photo?

The Postal Service can help. Just add the Sublimity Post Office passport fair, being held on Saturday, July 15, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., to your pre-trip, to do list. The event will be held at:

Sublimity Post Office
211 NW Starr St.
Sublimity, OR 97385

Appointments are strongly suggested, and customers can use the online retail customer appointment scheduler (RCAS) tool to make an appointment. There is a six person limit for families and customers are not able to make appointments for non-family members.

Walk-ins are welcome and will be seen on a first come, first served basis, so make sure to arrive early. However, all scheduled appointments will be honored before walk-in customers.

With more and more people traveling abroad there has been an unusually large volume of customers at all Post Office locations offering passport services. To help ensure all customers receive the help they need, the passport fair will have a cut off time of 3 p.m.

To help make the process as smooth as possible, applicants are asked to fill out application forms ahead of time. Forms and fee information can be found on the Postal Service website or on the U.S. Department of State website.

If customers need help via phone, please call the National Passport Information Center at 877-487-2778.
