Affected Customers Can Pick Up Mail at the Nehalem Post Office
Storm damage from recent heavy rainfall and flooding has resulted in the temporary closure of the Wheeler Post Office, located at 500 Nehalem Blvd., Wheeler, OR.
Wheeler Post Office customers can pick up their mail at the nearby Nehalem Post Office, located at 12810 H St. Nehalem, OR 97131.
The Nehalem Post Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:15 p.m., and is located five minutes from the Wheeler office.
Customers will be required to show a proper photo ID in order to pick up their mail and packages or to forward mail.
Retail transactions, such as hold mail requests, forwarding mail, or stamp purchases can be found at the Nehalem Post Office. And many services are also available online at usps.com.
We apologize for this inconvenience to our customers and plan to resume operations at the Wheeler Post Office as soon as it is safe to do so.
