Honest, Abe, Some Post Offices Will Be Open on Presidents Day

A different looking Presidents Day for USPS

PHILADEPHIA PA – We hear you. Your business is changing and so is the Postal Service.

In fact, select Post Offices in the Philadelphia area will be open for retail transactions on Presidents Day, Monday, Feb. 17, 2020. Customers will be able to purchase stamps and postage, or drop-off outgoing mail.

Traditionally, Post Offices have been closed on Presidents Day. Opening some Post Offices on this         non-widely observed holiday will allow customers to conduct their postal business as usual.

There will be no street delivery on Presidents Day; only delivery of Priority Mail Express.

Except for the Post Offices listed above, all other Philadelphia area Post Offices will be closed.

Normal operations will resume on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2020.
