USPS to relocate Coral Post Office

CORAL, PA – The Western PA District of the USPS has announced a decision has been made to relocate the Coral, PA 15731 Post Office to a new location as close to the previous location as possible. The previous Coral Post Office was destroyed in a fire.

The Postal Service had previously held a community meeting to discuss the Coral Post Office status on January 22, 2020. After carefully considering all comments made at the meeting, the decision was made to proceed with a new space project.

The Postal Service anticipates providing the same services at the new location as are currently provided to our customers at the temporary location in Homer City. The Postal Service plans to continue to offer retail services from the Homer City Post Office until the replacement facility is open to the public.

The Postal Service receives no tax dollars for operating expenses, and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
