The Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey Postal Customer Councils (PCCs) are extending a cordial invitation to all business partners to attend the 2023 National Postal Customer Council Week celebration. This event includes a video message from Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, remarks by USPS leadership, lunch, and door prizes. Attendees are asked to register via email at sylvia.i.herron@usps.gov.

Who:

Keynote Speaker is USPS Vice President, Engineering Systems Linda, Malone. She is responsible for the design, development, deployment and lifecycle support of mail processing systems and associated software as well as retail and delivery technology, scanning solutions and the development of the next generation delivery vehicles. Most recently, she led the standard work instructions component of the COVID Test Kit Fulfillment Center initiative.

A PCC is an organization that helps foster a close working relationship between USPS and commercial mailers and business partners with the goal of sharing information about postal products, programs, and services through an educational and collaborative environment. PCCs provide the opportunity for business mailers to network and collaborate with their colleagues in a casual setting.
