PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Greater Philadelphia Postal Customer Council (GPPCC) is inviting members and non-members to come learn from the experts regarding critical changes and strategies shaping the postal industry.

As a member of the GPPCC you will learn about promotions and incentives that raise awareness of innovative mail uses as well as how to integrate and expand your marketing through the mail. In addition, you will have the opportunity to network with other mailers, business mail service providers, and Postal executives and hear first-hand from others about how they use mail to be more efficient and profitable.

The history of the Postal Service’s Postal Consumer Councils dates back over six decades. In 1961, the Boston Globe newspaper printed a story entitled, “High Postal Man Will Address Local Mail Users Council.” Over the decades the bond between business customers and the Postal Service continued to evolve throughout the country, and today, those councils, now known as Postal Customer Councils, provide a unique opportunity for any business to meet with top level managers of the Postal Service to obtain information, share ideas, address issues, grow their business and network with other business colleagues.
