Philadelphia Post Office Looking to Hire Auto Technicians

Job Fairs to be held in Southwest Philadelphia for positions paying $30-$33 an hour

PHILADELPHIA — The United States Postal Service will be holding two job fairs at its Vehicle Maintenance Facility, 3201 South 74th Street, Philadelphia PA 19153 on January 9, 2024, and January 30, 2024, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

“Under our Delivering for American Plan, the Postal Service continues to strengthen its workforce,” said postal spokesman Paul F. Smith. “This is a great opportunity for auto technicians and lead auto technicians to join us while working for one of the most trusted brands in America while making over $30 and $33 an hour. Also, applications, interviews and fingerprinting will be accepted on-sight.”

To assist potential applicants, USPS personnel will be onsite at the job fair to provide detailed information about positions and to answer questions. Applicants must be 18 years of age and be able to pass drug screening and a background investigation.
