Postal Service to Present Prestigious Driving Safety Awards

USPS leadership will be presenting four National Safety Council Million Mile Safe Driver Awards.

Background:

The National Safety Council and U.S. Postal Service work together to recognize drivers who Deliver for America safely every day. The prestigious NSC Million Mile Award highlights drivers with 1 million miles of driving or 30 accumulated years driven without preventable incidents.

Letter Carriers Lisa Stumpf, John Olsen, Paul Devito and George Getlak will be recognized with more than 138 years combined driving excellence.

The Million Mile Club is part of the Safe Driver Award program created by the National Safety Council. The Safe Driver Award is the trademark of the expert driver and is recognized as the nation’s highest award for professional safe driving.
