USPS to Highlight New Investments at Erie Sorting and Delivery Center

Postal Service will Showcase New Vehicles and Facility Upgrades that are Part of $40 Billion Nationwide Investment Strategy

As part of its transformation and modernization strategies, the U.S. Postal Service is investing $40 billion nationwide to revitalize the organization and its unparalleled delivery network to ensure long-term improvements in service speed, reliability and affordability.  Local USPS leadership invites you to tour its new Sorting and Delivery Center in Erie, PA and witness the unveiling of its Next Generation Delivery Vehicles (NGDVs). 

As part of this event, you’ll hear from Postal Service experts on: 

  • How and why USPS is significantly investing in Pennsylvania as part of the Postal Service’s transformation of the nation’s postal network. 
  • How these investments in facilities and new vehicles will strengthen local service across Pennsylvania. 
  • How these local investments will position USPS to lead the logistics industry for years to come.
