Philadelphia Post Office Offering Another Saturday Job Fair

Last Weekend Fair Scheduled Attracted 300 Applicants

PHILADELPHIA — The Philadelphia Post Office has scheduled another Saturday job fair to be held at its district office, 3190 S. 70th St., Philadelphia on August 23, 2025 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

At this fair, the Postal Service is looking to hire auto technicians, maintenance workers, city carriers and rural carrier associates. Postal jobs offer career advancement, federal benefits and retirement opportunities.

“Our most recent Saturday fair drew nearly 300 applicants,” said USPS spokesman Paul F. Smith. “It is clear many job seekers find the weekend more convenient for their schedules.”

Requirements:

  • 18 years old at time of employment or 16 years old with a high school diploma.
  • United States citizen, permanent resident or citizen of American Samoa or other U.S. territory for at least 5 years
  • Ability to clear criminal background check
  • Safe driving record (if applicable to position)

USPS personnel will be onsite to provide detailed information about the positions and answer any questions.
