Postal Service to Host Saturday Job Fair to Hire Carriers, Auto Techs, Maintenance
PHILADELPHIA — The United States Postal Service will host a Saturday job fair at its district office, 3190 S. 70th Street on October 11, 2025, from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
“We’ve seen big turnouts on Saturdays as many folks are seeking job changes while looking for good benefits and security,” said USPS Workforce Planning Specialist Stephanie Centeno. “This Saturday we have openings for both city and rural carriers and also auto technicians and maintenance workers. These positions include federal benefits, career advancement and retirement opportunities.”
Postal Service requirements include:
- 18 years old at the time of appointment or 16 years old with a high school diploma
- United States citizen, permanent resident or citizen of American Samoa or other U.S. territory for at least 5 years
- Ability to clear criminal background check
- Safe driving record (if applicable to position)
