LEWIS RUN, PA — The Lewis Run Post Office has been named as a top performer in customer service based on Point of Sale (POS) Customer Surveys.

The U.S. Postal Service’s POS survey collects the online responses to questionnaires found on receipts from Post Office transactions. The survey measures customer satisfaction with retail staff (efficiency, courtesy, knowledge) and the overall experience.

“We would like to thank all our customers who participate in the survey, said Retail Associate Shannon Rounsville. “The feedback is a great way to continually improve on ensuring we provide our customers in Lewis Run with the best possible service.”

In 2025, the Lewis Run Post Office staff members received 44 POS customer surveys with 100 percent overall satisfaction, the highest number of surveys with a perfect score in Post Offices located in the northwest and central portions of Pennsylvania.

“We continue demonstrating the effectiveness of providing positive customer engagement as the United States Postal Service celebrates 250 years of service to customers amidst a network modernization plan to ensure long-term financial sustainability, improve service, and maintain the organization as one of America’s most valued and trusted brands,” Lewis Run Postmaster Joan Blaisdell said.
