Chambersburg Post Office Tops for Customer Care

CHAMBERSBURG, PA — The Chambersburg Post Office has been named as a top performer in service for overall positive customer satisfaction in Pennsylvania.

The C360 customer service-based survey platform is used by Postal Service nationwide. Some of the key indicators measured are resolution satisfaction, accurate information, customer concern responsiveness, positive attitude and feeling valued.

“We would like to thank all our customers who participate in the survey,” said Supervisor Customer Services Stephanie Vulgamott. “The feedback is a great way to continually improve on ensuring we provide our customers in Chambersburg with the best possible service. Customers call because they are concerned with a variety of services and I ensure every contact begins with a positive approach.”

The Chambersburg Post Office is ranked number one among 79 offices in Pennsylvania with at least 25 survey participants year-to-date with an overall satisfaction rate of 90.48 percent.

“We continue demonstrating the effectiveness of providing positive customer engagement as the United States Postal Service celebrates 250 years of service to customers amidst a network modernization plan, improve service, and maintain the organization as one of America’s most valued and trusted brands,” Chambersburg Postmaster Christina Kopp said.
