Lampeter Post Office Encourages Customer Feedback with Impressive POS-itive Results

LAMPETER, PA — The Lampeter Post Office has been recognized as a top performer in customer service based on Point of Sale (POS) Customer Surveys in 2026.

The U.S. Postal Service’s POS survey collects the online responses to questionnaires found on receipts from Post Office transactions. The survey measures customer satisfaction with retail staff (efficiency, courtesy, knowledge, positive attitude) and the overall experience.

Lampeter is only 1.7 square miles with a population of 1,713 according to the 2020 census. However, since October 1, 2025, the Lampeter Post Office team has received an incredible 256 POS customer surveys with a 98.83 percent overall satisfaction.

Postmaster Amandeep Kaur compliments the entire team for their success. “We receive compliments on our cleanliness, supplies and decorating, but most of all our customers love the variety of options we offer for stamps.”
