No retail or delivery services in Puerto Rico or USVI on Wednesday
CARIBBEAN DISTRICT OFFICES - SAN JUAN PR - AUGUST 27, 2019 Officials with the Caribbean District of the Postal Service announce the suspension of delivery and retail operations on Wednesday, August 28, due to the approach of Tropical Storm Dorian.
This means all Post Offices in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands will be closed tomorrow and there will be no mail delivery. This includes all Post Offices that begin with the following three digits:
006
007 -- including Vieques and Culebra
008 -- US Virgin Islands

Customers are reminded they should check our website – www.usps.com -- regularly for updated information on mail service.
Postal employees are asked to call the Postal Service’s National Employee EMERGNC Hotline for updated reporting information.
