Puerto Rico Postal Customer Council Hosts Back to Basics Workshops

SAN JUAN, PR — The Puerto Rico Postal Customer Council is hosting Back to Basics workshops to help small businesses grow.  

The workshop on Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. EST, will be held at the San Juan Post Office located at 585 Avenue FD Roosevelt, San Juan, PR 00936 and will cover category, Endicia, Returned Endorsements and criterions for shipping. Admission is free for members and $25 for non-members.

The workshop on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. EST is virtual and will cover design requirements for Courtesy Reply Mail (CRM) and Business Reply Mail (BRM).

The history of the Postal Service’s Postal Consumer Councils (PCC) dates back over six decades.  Over the decades the bond between business customers and the Postal Service continued to evolve throughout the country, and today, these councils, now known as Postal Customer Councils, provide a unique opportunity for any business to meet with top level managers of the Postal Service to obtain information, share ideas, address issues, grow their business and network with other business colleagues.
