USPS Job Fairs to Be Held March 22 and 31

Immediate Job Openings in Mount Pleasant and Goose Creek areas

CHARLESTON, SC — The Postal Service is holding multiple job fairs in various communities throughout South Carolina this month.

If stability, lifelong benefits, good pay, and career advancement opportunities are what you look for in a job, then you need to work for the Postal Service.

While other companies are reducing their workforce, the Postal Service is actively hiring. Our goal is to welcome hundreds of new employees throughout Mt. Pleasant and Goose Creek areas within the next few months. The need is especially urgent for City Carrier Assistant (CCA), Assistant Rural Carriers (ARC) and Rural Carrier Associates (RCA).

To assist potential applicants, USPS personnel will be on-site to provide detailed information about the positions and answer questions. Starting pay for these positions start from $18.92 to $19.62 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Applications are accepted online only at www.usps.com/careers.  Applicants must be 18 years of age, must have a valid SC Driver’s License, may be required to use personal vehicle, be able to pass drug screening and a criminal background investigation.
