To assist potential applicants, USPS personnel will be onsite at the job fair to provide detailed information about the positions and to answer questions. Starting pay for Rural Carrier Associate (RCA) and Assistant Rural Carrier (ARC) is $19.06 per hour, City Carrier Assistant (CCA) is $18.92, and Mail Handler Assistant (MHA) is $17.32, paid biweekly.
