Free Seminar on Transforming Your Diet, Mind, & Body

Expect to be Inspired

MEMPHIS, TN — The Memphis Area Postal Customer Council is hosting their free workshop on Tuesday, July 16, at the Benjamin Hooks Central Library, 3030 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN 38111.

The guest speaker is Fitness Trainer and Educator Tammie Chapman. She has several Professional Natural Bodybuilding titles such as Ms. Universe 2002, Ms. International 2003, and First runner-up in the 2004 World’s Natural Bodybuilding Competition. Chapman does pose choreography for body builders and fitness competitors. She is a personal trainer at Better Life Living Fitness Center and trains clients to tone and firm the body, reduce body fat, and learn how to eat a healthy diet.

This free workshop event starts at 11:00 a.m. and concludes at 12:00 p.m. CST. For more information, please email cheryl.d.parrish@usps.gov.
