Nashville Middle Tennessee & Memphis Postal Customer Councils Present Navigating National Postal Forum 2025

TENNESSEE — The Nashville Middle Tennessee and Memphis Postal Customer Councils (PCC) cordially invite all business partners to attend a virtual workshop on Thursday, Jan. 14, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. CST.

Featured speakers - USPS Director, Industry Engagement & Outreach, Lindsey Taylor and West Columbia Sales Manager David Austin - will present an overview on Navigating the 2025 National Postal Forum (NPF), scheduled for April 27-30, at the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center in Nashville, TN. A Question & Answer session will follow the presentation.

At NPF 2025, attendees will gain exclusive access to transformative educational content that embodies the event’s "Leading Forward" theme. NPF 2025 promises to deliver insights to elevate performance and propel businesses to greater levels of efficiency, innovation and excellence.

Along with the presentation, local PCC representatives will be in attendance to share information about PCC benefits, the exciting calendar of events in 2025 and how the Postal Service can assist businesses of all sizes with all of their mailing needs. A PCC is a local organization that helps foster a close working relationship between local Postal Service officials and commercial mailers/shippers with the goal of sharing information about postal products, programs, and services through an educational and collaborative environment.
