Nashville Middle Tennessee & Memphis Postal Customer Councils Present Business Reply Mail 101

TENNESSEE — The Nashville Middle Tennessee and Memphis Postal Customer Councils (PCC) cordially invite all business partners to attend a virtual workshop on Thursday, March 13, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. CST.

Featured speakers – USPS Commercial Acceptance Analyst Geriann Wakely Commercial Acceptance Analyst and District Sales Manager Vaughn Broadnax will talk about Business Reply Mail. A Question & Answer session will follow the presentation.

Along with the presentation, local PCC representatives will be in attendance to share information about PCC benefits, the exciting calendar of events in 2025 and how the Postal Service can assist businesses of all sizes with all of their mailing needs. A PCC is a local organization that helps foster a close working relationship between local Postal Service officials and commercial mailers/shippers with the goal of sharing information about postal products, programs, and services through an educational and collaborative environment.
