Effective Saturday, June 12th, at 12:00 p.m., P.O. Box and retail operations at the Prosper Post Office, 102 E. Broadway St. Prosper, TX, 75078, will be relocated to the new location at 941 N. Coleman Prosper, TX 75078. The last day to retrieve all P.O. Box mail and packages from this location is Saturday, June 12th, before 12:00 pm.

Beginning Monday, June 14th, P.O. Box and retail customers who formerly used the 102 E. Broadway location will be able to receive the same services and more at the new Prosper Post Office, located at 941 N. Coleman Prosper, TX, 75078. Retail service hours at the new Prosper P.O. will continue to be the same, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and closed on Saturday and Sunday. P.O. Box customers will have access to their boxes 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Customers do not need to take any action regarding their mailing address. Their current P.O. Box number and ZIP Code 75078 will remain the same. P.O. Box customers will need to obtain a new key for their box and return any old keys. These keys will be available to the P.O. Box holder of record beginning Monday, June 6th, at the (current/or new) Prosper P.O. retail service counter during normal business hours. Customers will need to provide a valid photo identification to pick up their new P.O. Box keys.
