HOUSTON, TX --- Effective Friday, September 17, 2021, the Postal Service announced Retail Operations at the Granville Elder Post Office, 550 Maxey Rd, Houston, TX 77013-9998, will be temporarily suspended due to power outages. The Postal Service will provide additional information when regular operations resume.
During this closure, retail services will be offered at the following alternate locations:
Denver Harbor Post Office Retail Unit
5901 Market St.
Houston, TX 77020-9998

Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday – Closed
Sam Houston Station
1500 Hadley St
Houston, TX 77002-9998

Mon – Fri 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Saturday – 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
P.O Box mail, hold mail and redeliveries are not affected and will still be provided at the Granville Elder Station. Customers are reminded to bring proper photo identification for mail and package pickups.

Delivery Operations are not impacted.
