USPS Temporarily Adjusts Retail and P.O. Box Operations for the Dallas Main Post Office on May 27

Dallas, TX — On Saturday, May 27, 2023, the Postal Service will temporarily suspend retail and P.O. Box operations at the Dallas Main Post Office located at 401 Tom Landry Hwy, Dallas, TX 75260.  This is due to scheduled necessary maintenance work being performed at the facility.

On May 27, retail operations at the Dallas Main Post Office will begin 1 hour early at 8:00 a.m. and will be available until at 11:00 a.m.

Customers with a P.O. Box at the Dallas Main Post Office will be able to gain access to their box until 6:00 p.m. on May 27.  At that time, the lobby will be temporarily inaccessible.  On May 28, the P.O. Boxes will once again be accessible at 8:00 a.m.  Retail services will resume on the regular schedule at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 28.

Customers may obtain retail services at any of the alternate retail locations mentioned below.
