ORLANDO, TX — As part of the United States Postal Service’s “For the Long Haul” initiative, we are proud to celebrate Glenn Stepp, a dedicated Express Mail Service Clerk, who has faithfully served the city of Orlando for over 32 years. Glenn’s unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service has made him a beloved figure at the Orlando Processing & Distribution Center.

“For the Long Haul” celebrates the unwavering commitment of long-serving employees like Glenn, whose dedication has made them essential to the mail processing journey.

Over the years, Glenn has developed lasting relationships with other employees, going above and beyond to ensure mail and packages are delivered with care and reliability. 

He began his career with the Postal Service in 1983 and has spent the last 27 years in customer service. He is affectionately known as “Mr. Zippy” by his peers and management because of his vast knowledge of postal products and initiatives.

Executive Plant Manager Norris Hamm stated, “Glenn is the type of person who loves dealing with people and exceeding their expectations. I have seen him deliver a package for a customer two hours away and still have a smile on his face!”
