POSITION DESCRIPTIONS:
Automotive Technician (AT) – The AT will perform both routine and complex repairs and maintenance on all types of motor vehicles in the postal fleet. They will also troubleshoot and diagnose more complex vehicle malfunctions and may provide assistance to lower-level employees.

Lead Automotive Technician (LAT) – The LAT will serve as a leader for lower-level technicians and mechanics in a vehicle maintenance facility. The LAT will also personally perform the most complex repairs and maintenance on all types of motor vehicles used in the postal fleet.
