Background:

The Postal Customer Council is one of the Postal Service's most important business mailer partnership programs. Formed nearly 60 years ago, the PCC network continues to play a key role in fostering communication between USPS and mailing industry partners. This partnership has been mutually beneficial to both the Postal Service and the mailing industry by facilitating the exchange of ideas about new and existing USPS products, programs, services, and procedures. The PCC network continues to be instrumental in helping PCC industry members and their organizations grow and develop professionally through focused educational programs and by sharing efficient and profitable practices to grow the business. Throughout the years, networking and establishing relationships with our PCC partners has been key to the success of the mail industry. With the increasingly competitive landscape, the PCC community remains vital.
