Background:

Houston Postmaster Julia Wilbert, along with other Postal Officials, will honor and recognize more than 200 letter carriers, rural carriers, and truck drivers who have achieved the National Safety Council (NSC) Million Mile Award — the USPS' highest honor for professional drivers who have completed 1 million miles or 30 accumulated years of driving without a preventable incident. Additionally, two employees will receive awards for more than 50 years of dedicated service.
