USPS Announces Final Decision to Relocate Retail Services at Blanco, TX Post Office

BLANCO, TX — Following a 45-day period inviting community feedback and U.S. Postal Service review of all public feedback, the Postal Service has made a final decision to relocate retail services at the Blanco Post Office, 402 4th St., Blanco, TX 78606 to a new tentative location at 902 13th St., Blanco, TX 78606. If an agreement cannot be reached with its owner, the Postal Service will consider other sites within the area defined in the postcard sent to the community.

The Postal Service anticipates providing the same services at the new location as were provided to our customers at the original Blanco Post Office location.

While the Postal Service is sensitive to the impact of this decision on its customers and the Blanco community, the USPS properly considered community input, and this decision is consistent with Postal Service objectives.
