TOMS BROOK, VA — The U.S. Postal Service plans to relocate the Toms Brook Post Office located at 3374 S. Main St., to a yet-to-be-determined location as close as reasonably possible to the former site that is suitable for our operational needs. The Postal Service plans to maintain the same level of service at the new location.

The Postal Service is considering this relocation because due to maintenance issues at the current facility.

The Postal Service will post the information required to be presented to the public in the lobby of the Toms Brook Post Office. There also will be a public comment period.

The Postal Service generally receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
