FREDERICKSBURG, VA — The Falmouth Branch Post Office has been recognized as a top performer in overall customer satisfaction in Virginia.
The C360 customer service-based survey platform is used by Postal Service nationwide. Some of the key indicators measured are resolution satisfaction, accurate information, customer concern responsiveness, positive attitude and feeling valued.
Falmouth is currently number one for 360 Overall Satisfaction (OSAT) with a 69.28 percent rating with at least 100 customer inquiries.
“We would like to thank all our customers who participate in the survey,” said Falmouth Branch Manager, Glenna Tate, “The feedback is a great way to continually improve on ensuring we provide our customers with the best possible service.” Cheryl Trail oversees the customer support function for C360 and said, “It is a total team effort in Falmouth, the support and confidence from Glenna and supervisor Larissa Kelly create an engaging atmosphere. I pass along that same positive approach with every customer inquiry and concern.”
