East Union Post Office Moving to New Location

SEATTLE — The U.S. Postal Service plans to move its East Union Post Office from its previous location at 1150 23rd Ave, to a new site at 2207 E. Union St.

The owner of the property at the post office’s previous location is redeveloping the property and is not able to extend the lease.  Thus, the Postal Service had to find a new site for the office.

The announcement was made in a letter from USPS Vice President, Facilities Tom Samra to Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan.
