USPS Stamp Encore Voting Open Now

MILWAUKEE, WI — The U.S. Postal Service is giving the public a voice in shaping stamp history through the launch of the Encore Stamp Voting Period, a nationwide initiative inviting Americans to vote for their favorite previously issued stamps to be re-released in a special collection.

Through September 30, 2025, stamp enthusiasts, collectors, and the general public can cast their votes online at stampsforever.com/vote. Voters can choose from a curated list of 25 iconic designs that span themes from American history and popular culture to natural wonders and artistic achievements.

“This is a celebration of the stamps that captured the hearts and imaginations of the public,” said Milwaukee Postmaster Georgann Wright. “From the timeless beauty of American landscapes to the cultural icons who shaped our nation, the Encore Stamp Collection will honor the designs that left a lasting impression.”

The top five stamps selected by the public will be reissued as Forever® stamps in a limited-edition Encore Collection, scheduled for release in 2026.

How to Vote:

  • Visit stampsforever.com/vote
  • Review the stamp nominees
  • Select your top five favorites
  • Submit your vote by 11:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2025.

The winning stamp pane will be announced during the Boston 2026 World Expo in May 2026. There are no limits on participation – vote to your heart’s desire!

The Encore Stamp campaign highlights the Postal Service’s long-standing role in celebrating the nation’s heritage, culture, and milestones through artistic stamp designs. This first-ever public vote reflects USPS’s continued commitment to engaging with the American people in meaningful and creative ways
