SUMMERSVILLE, WV – The new Summersville Post Office location, 846 Broad Street, Summersville, WV 26651, will open on Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2021. The new location was chosen earlier this year when the current building was sold.

Hours for the new Summersville Post Office are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. PO Box customers will have 24-hour access to the lobby.

Plans for an event to celebrate the opening are currently underway. Details will be released soon.

The Postal Service generally receives no tax dollars for operating expenses, and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
