Jordanville Post Office, 137 Main Street, 13361-9998 — Temporarily suspended due to safety issues. During this suspension, retail service will be transferred to the Richfield Springs Post Office, 152 Main Street, 13439-9998. Window service hours for the Richfield Springs Post Office are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon. Customers who currently hold a Post Office Box at the Jordanville Post Office will continue to receive their mail at the Jordanville Post Office. Window service hours are Monday through Friday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. PO Box lobby hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon.

During this suspension, retail and Post Office Box service will be transferred to the Morrisville Post Office, 18 Eaton Street, 13408-9998. Customers who currently hold a Post Office Box at the Eaton Post Office will be able to receive their mail at the Morrisville Post Office. Window service and drop shipment hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. to noon. PO Box lobby hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday, 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
