Dominican Republic’s post advises a government lockdown has been lifted. Therefore, the post has ended the force majeure case for letters, parcels and express mail service items.

Dominican Republic’s post advises it is declaring a situation of force majeure for letters and parcels as a result of government measures aimed at limiting spread of COVID-19. Among these measures are closure of the country's borders by land, sea and air with exceptions enabling departure of foreign citizens and delivery of supplies to the population, suspension of commercial activities and various stay-at-home directives.
