Hellenic Post advises that it is currently unable to transport mail to many countries due to measures to limit transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Hellenic Post will only be able to send mail (letters and parcels) destined to Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, ╬Łorth Macedonia, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland. This list is subject to change on a daily basis. Furthermore, customers should expect delays because of limited capacity and major difficulties in mail collection and delivery. Therefore, a situation of force majeure is declared and acceptance of letters and parcels destined to all other countries is suspended until sufficient transport capacity becomes available.
