Effective August 10, 2023, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing (ICL) for Ecuador in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to add an observation to include certain addressee contact information for items mailed to Ecuador.
This revision is based on a formal request that Empresa Pública Servicios Postales del Ecuador (SPE EP, the designated postal operator of Ecuador) made through the Universal Postal Union (UPU) via International Bureau Circular 21, dated February 13, 2023.
