Effective November 16, 2023, the Postal Service™ is revising the Country Price Groups and Weight Limits section and the Individual Country Listing for the United Arab Emirates in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reflect the revision of the maximum weight limit for Priority Mail Express International® service and Priority Mail International® service to the United Arab Emirates from 70 pounds to 66 pounds.
Also, this revision will be included in the January 2024 edition of Notice 123, Price List.
This revision is based on formal notification that Emirates Post Group (the designated postal operator of the United Arab Emirates) provided through email correspondence dated April 27, 2023.
