Recycle Empty Inkjet and Toner Cartridges

Our new inkjet and toner cartridge recycling program is simple and easy to use. If you need detailed information on how to recycle inkjet and toner cartridges and how to request ARIS access, see Inkjet and Toner Recycling Instructions at blue.usps.gov/supplymanagement/_pdf/am_ir_RecyclingTonerInstructions.pdf.

Access to the Click-N-Ship® administrative shipment platform is required for creating shipping labels. Once ARIS access is approved, use your ACE ID and password to log into the Click-N-Ship platform to create your labels at cns-b.usps.gov/g10/index.html.

The requirements for shipping inkjet and toner cartridges are as follows:

n Consolidate inkjet and toner cartridges into one box, with a minimum of 6 items per shipment.

n Pack items securely in a sturdy box.

n Boxes must be less than 70 pounds and less than 108 inches (length plus girth).

n Address all shipments to:

Cartridge Return Center
315 Weakley Street
Calexico, CA 92231

Ricoh toners and tubes are not eligible for the program. For other USPS® assets, such as laptops, servers, and small electronics, refer to the eDispose application for disposal guidance at edispose.usps.gov/edispose/edispose.html.
