As of November 14, 2024, the MDC will no longer stock the November 2023 edition for Leave Year 2024. All orders received at the MDC on or after November 14, 2024, will receive the November 2024 edition for Leave Year 2025. However, the November 2023 edition will be available for individual printing from the Postal Service PolicyNet website throughout 2025.
The revised PS Form 3972 is available on the Postal Service PolicyNet website (as is the edition dated November 2023 for Leave Year 2024):
n Go to blue.usps.gov.
n In the left-hand column, click Essential Links, and then click PolicyNet.
n Go to the right-hand side under “Published Forms and Directives,” click Forms, and then click on the range 3000–3999.
n Scroll down to the form entry and click the PDF icon.
