Effective December 26, 2024, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Aruba in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to request that the mailer provide certain addressee contact information on the customs form and to provide certain relevant documentation when mailing items to Aruba.
These revisions are based on a formal request that Post Aruba (the designated postal operator of Aruba) made through the Universal Postal Union International Bureau Circular 170, dated November 4, 2024.

[Add two new entries to read as follows (replacing “None”):]
1. For items containing goods, Post Aruba (the designated postal operator of Aruba) requests that the mailer include the following information on the customs declaration form:
a. The addressee’s telephone number (preferably mobile) and email address, if available.
b. The importer/addressee’s tax/ID number (known in Aruba as the tax identification number/personal number, or “persoonsnummer” in Dutch) for natural persons and corporations, if possible.
This information will facilitate customs clearance of items containing goods upon arrival.
2. The mailer must attach all necessary or relevant documentation, including commercial invoices, import/export licenses, certificates of origin, health certificates, etc., to the inside or outside of the item.
