Effective January 9, 2025, PS Form 5957, Requirement-by-Applicant Matrix, will be automated in eCareer. Automation of PS Form 5957 will enhance usability and functionality by reducing the need to manually enter candidate names.
Users will have the ability to edit, save, and print via the eCareer application by selecting the link for Applicant-by–Requirement Matrix by use for Internal & External Nonbargaining requisitions.
The original PS Form 5957 remains available on the Postal Service PolicyNet website:
n Go to blue.usps.gov.
n In the left-hand column click Essential Links, and then click PolicyNet.
n On the right-hand side under “Published Forms and Directives,” click Forms, and then click on the range 5000–5999.
n Scroll down to the form entry and select the PDF icon.
