The Annual Capital Property Review for Postal Service™ managers and field installation heads will take place March 3–28, 2025.
If you are a Material Accountability Officer (MAO) or responsible for conducting the Annual Capital Property Review and need training or guidance, contact your supporting Asset Accountability service center at blue.usps.gov/purchase/assetmgnt/am_aasc_home.htm.
The MAO training course is available on the MyHR website (see course #2021SUPM4590SS01). The course provides basic instructions on how to track, transfer, and dispose of equipment and includes guidance on completing the Annual Capital Property Review.
