Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement

Effective May 20, 2025, the Postal Service™ revised Memorandum of Policy (MOP) HR-05-20-2025-1, Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement to meet the requirements of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC’s) Management Directive 715 (MD 715). In accordance with the EEOC’s MD 715, the Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement will be updated annually and prominently posted in the following locations:

n All personnel offices;

n Equal Employment Opportunity offices;

n On the agency’s internal website; and

n Throughout the workplace.

This policy reaffirms the Postal Service’s commitment to equality of opportunity in every aspect of employment and supersedes MOP HR-05-01-2024-1.

The revised Equal Employment Opportunity Policy Statement is available on the Postal Service PolicyNet website.

n Go to blue.usps.gov.

n In the left-hand column, click Essential Links, and then click PolicyNet.

n Go to the right-hand side under “Published Forms and Directives.”

n Click Memorandums of Policy.

n Click Human Resources.
