Military Mail

Notice of Change to Military Mail Restrictions

Effective October 2, 2025, the Postal Service™ is revising Restrictions B, B2 for mail addressed to or mailed from military and diplomatic Post Office™ facilities. This is to update Military Mail Restrictions to the current operational requirement when shipping to and from overseas APO/FPO/DPO.

The revised Restrictions are shown in this edition of the Postal Bulletin in the Pull-Out Information section under “Overseas Military/Diplomatic Mail” (click here).
