Military Mail

Notice of Change to Military Mail Restrictions

Effective October 30, 2025, the Postal Service™ is revising Restrictions “I” for mail addressed to or mailed from military and diplomatic Post Office™ facilities. This is to update Military Mail Restrictions to reflect updated customs requirement based on formal request from Iraq Post.

The revised Restrictions are shown in this edition of the Postal Bulletin in the Pull-Out Information section under “Overseas Military/Diplomatic Mail” (here).
