Resetting your LiteBlue multifactor authentication (MFA) security methods just got easier, thanks to a new self-service feature.
This stress-free enhancement saves time, reduces calls to the IT Service Desk, and gets you back into your USPS® account faster.
To reset your MFA security methods, follow these steps:
n Click the “Self-Service MFA Reset” link on the LiteBlue login screen.
n Submit your request.
n Your manager will receive an email that must be approved within 10 minutes.
n Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to set up your MFA methods.
If you encounter any issues during the reset process or the submission isn’t approved, please contact the IT Service Desk (1-800-877-7435, option 2 for technical assistance). When prompted for the application say “LiteBlue.” The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) will collect information and automatically open a ticket. A live agent will follow up on the ticket to help users reset their MFA options.
