Effective November 27, 2025, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reflect changes to the Customs and Border Protection address used when returning duty collection forms (CBP Form 3419ALT) for uncollected items.
These revisions are based on a formal request that Customs and Border Protection made on October 31, 2025.
